The owner, Manny Galarza, has been in the industry for over 15 years and learned a lot about what customers want. Many employees are paid by commission, incentives, or even bonuses, which creates high pressure sales, and selling customers things they just do not need.

Here at A-Team Plumbing & Drain our salaried technicians perform solely with the customers best interest in mind so basically they think with the customers pockets not the companies or their own.

Also our technicians are not considered sales techs, instead our plumbing advisors provide guidance on what repair is best for you and your home.

At the beginning of each job once the job is accessed each customer will receive options to rectify the issue and you the customer will make the decision which repair is best for you.
